According to a latest examine by Women in Revenue, women in revenue-generating positions cite compensation because the primary problem they face at work.

The report relies on information from a survey carried out in November and December 2021 amongst 2,396 women working in revenue-generating areas similar to gross sales, advertising and marketing, income and buyer success.

Around 40% of respondents cite compensation as one of many prime points they face at work. Other prime points are work-life stability (35%) and the necessity to improve the proportion of women in managerial positions (34%).

More than half (52%) of women in revenue-generating roles say clear compensation info is essential when contemplating a job alternative.

About 42% of respondents say they do not know if they’re paid pretty in comparison with their male counterparts and 17% are positive they don’t seem to be paid pretty.

What benefits are most important to women when considering a job offer?

Women in revenue-generating positions say a very powerful work perks for them are the power to earn a living from home (51% cite this) and versatile working hours (50%).

What job performance is important for women in sales roles?

About 53% of respondents say working from residence has had no impression on their careers as a result of pandemic, and 36% say it has had a constructive impression on their careers.
